  1. Retirar semillas y tallo a los chiles, ponerlos a hervir junto con tomates, ajo y cebolla. Hasta que cuezan. Cuando enfríe lo suficiente licuar junto con el consomé, comino y sal.
  2. Picar en cubitos la papa y cocinar con suficiente agua y sal. Hasta que esté ligeramente blanda, pero no demasiado, escurrir y reservar.
  3. En olla antiadherente para no añadir aceite poner la carne agregar la cebolla en polvo, ajo, sal y comino, cocinar a fuego medio. Mover constantemente para que no se agrume. Cuando haya cambiado de color agregar la sal y las papas. Mezclar y agregar las rajas.
  4. Tapar y cocinar todo junto por unos 12 minutos a fuego medio bajo.
