- Enseguida ya hechas nuestras tortillas, las pasaremos a fuego medio cocinando cada uno de sus lados por 30 segundos.


- Una vez cocinadas las retiraremos del fuego y procederemos a picarlas con nuestros pulgares las orillas y pellizcarlas en el centro y reservaremos por un momento.




- Enseguida cocinaremos por 10 minutos nuestro miltomate a fuego lento, asaremos nuestros chiles de árbol. Ya hecho estos pasos licuaremos el miltomate y chile de árbol junto con los ajos por 8 segundos sazonaremos con la sal al gusto. Para hacer nuestra salsa la cual reservaremos
- Ya picadas nuestras tortillas (memelas) con ayuda de una cuchara les untaremos el haciendo de cerdo, enseguida el frijol molido


- Una vez agregado el haciendo y el frijol agregaremos nuestro quesillo picado o queso fresco desmoronado sobre ellos.

- Enseguida los llevaremos a fuego lento para que se gratinen los quesos

- Por último ya derretido nuestros quesos retiraremos del fuego y acompañaremos con nuestra salsa que previamente hicimos.
