- Recuerda siempre tener listos todos los ingredientes, llevamos una olla al fuego con agua, el pollo, la cebolla y el ajo, tapamos la olla y la dejaremos cocer por una hora aproximadamente. Una vez cocido el pollo déjalo enfriar, desmenuza y reserva.



- Lleva una olla al fuego, una vez caliente agrega un chorrito de aceite y espera a que se caliente, fríe la cebolla hasta que cambie de color, agrega el jitomate y fríe hasta que suelte su jugo, agrega sal.



- Una vez sazonado incorpora el pollo desmenuzado, agrega el cilantro previamente lavado, picado y desinfectado, baja el fuego, tapa la olla y deja que se cocine por 5 minutos más.



- ¿Sientes el perfume que dejó el cilantro? ah! delicioso, ahora deja que se enfríe, toma una de las tortillas calientes especiales para flauta, coloca una ración generosa de pollo sin caldillo y poco a poco ve enrollándolo, repite hasta terminar el pollo. Coloca un sartén en el fuego espera a que se caliente, agrega aceite un poco generoso y espera a que esté bien caliente para comenzar a dorar las flautas.



- Debes voltearlas para que se doren completamente, ya doradas retíralas del aceite (lleválas a un escurridor para sacar un poco de grasa), sírvelas con crema, queso, lechuga previamente picada, lavada y desinfectada, queso rallado y salsa de tu preferencia.



- Así es como quedan ya preparadas las flautas y ahora si a comer todos que "ya está la comida"
