  2. Al día siguiente, lavar el trigo remojado. En una olla de presión, o normal, rociar aceite de oliva en el fondo, vaciar el trigo, ya escurrido, el agua, la cebolla, diente de ajo, sal y unas 4 ramas de cilantro. Tapar y cocer, durante 1 hora a presión o 1½ en olla normal
  3. Entre tanto picar la cebolla, verterlo al bol, en donde se hará la preparación del ceviche, agregarle el jugo de limón. Incorporar el jitomate, cilantro y los chiles, todo picado.
  4. Una vez cocido el trigo, retirar la cebolla, cilantro y ajo y escurrir en coladera o cedazo, dejar enfriar
  5. Ya frío se mezcla esto a las verduras picadas, se sazona con sal, un chorro de aceite de oliva, salsa bruja y/o vinagre de chiles y la salsa catsup
  6. Embadurnar las tostadas con mayonesa, poner encima el ceviche y al gusto rajas de chile jalapeño y si se desea a aguacate (no tenía, por eso no le agregué). Y si se quiere más picoso, salsa Tamazula o Valentina. Disfrutar en familia
