- Colocar en una charola papel encerado, ir poniendo los bollos con una cierta distancia entre sí, posteriormente dejar la charola nuevamente en un lugar con temperatura apta para el segundo leudado, de igual forma hasta que cada bollo duplique su tamaño.


- Una vez duplicado su tamaño, precalentar el horno a 170°-180° C. Batir el huevo y con ayuda de una brocha o una cuchara barnizar la parte superior de cada bollo, conforme se vayan barnizando ir agregando el ajonjolí.



- Introducir al horno la charola con los bollos por aproximadamente 20-25 minutos, una vez terminado su proceso de horneado, retirar cuidadosamente del horno y dejar enfriar. (los bollos deben tener una textura suave y blanda una vez terminados de hornear y estando un poco fríos)
