Ya que esté dorada, en una cacerola poner la otra cucharada de aceite y sofreír la cebolla a que se transparente. Agregar el ajo y sofreír medio minuto, sólo a que suelte su aroma.
  3. Agregar la coliflor y agua o caldo de pollo a que la cubra. Separar unos floretes para decorar. Dejar hervir 5 minutos, enfriar y moler con batidora de inmersión o licuar. Sazonar con sal, pimienta, chile, pimentón y el jugo de limón. Servir adornada con los floretes que apartamos y unas hojitas de orégano fresco.
