- Pesar bolitas de masa para costra de 25-30 gr y extenderla un poco más grande que la masa a cubrir, luego lo ponemos encima de la masa y presionamos con la mano (sin mucha fuerza) para que se expanda sobre la superficie de la masa.


- Marcar con el
cortador (si cuentan con uno u omitir este paso si no cuentan con el material)y fermentar durante 20 minutos antes de hornear a 190°C durante 20-25 minutos.
