- En nuestra charola con el papel encerado colocamos los bollos y dejamos reposar la masa otros 15 minutos para crezca


- Batimos el huevo y lo untamos con cuidado en la superficie



- Agregramos el ajonjolí esparciendolo y metemos al horno aproximadamente 180 grados, sacamos pasados unos 20-25 minutos dependiendo de tu horno y dejamos enfriar
