Colócalos en una charola con papel encerado y presiónalos suavemente con 3 dedos.

- Deja que doblen su tamaño nuevamente, barnízalos con huevo batido y déjales caer una lluvia de ajonjolí encima de ellos. Hornea a 220°C por 15 o 20 minutos o hasta que estén dorados.
