  9. La mitad de la masa, la empezamos a extender en forma de un rectángulo y con ayuda de un cuchillo cortamos los bordes para que la forma salga mejor, y comenzamos a cortar pequeños triángulos y rellenamos de chocolate
  10. Tomamos la otra mitad y estiramos de la misma forma y cortamos pequeños rectángulos.
  11. Dejamos fermentar. Y ya pasado el tiempo de fermentación, barnizamos con huevo. Llevamos a hornear a 190⁰ C por aproximadamente 25 minutos o hasta que tomen un color dorado.
