  2. A la masa anterior, verter el azúcar y diluir la harina con el agua para integrar poco a poco a la masa, después agregar la manteca de cerdo y continuar integrando.
  3. Agregar los huevos, el azúcar, la manteca de cerdo y la crema ácida e integrar.
  4. Para finalizar: agregar el queso seco y la canela en polvo previamente molidos y seguir integrando.
  5. Verter la mezcla terminada en cazulejas.
  6. Hornear por aproximadamente 1 hora.
