- Poner a hervir las dos tazas de agua con el arroz y la pizca de sal hasta que se quede sin agua, tener cuidado de no quemar el arroz, dejar enfriar


- Picamos nuestras verduras y Philadelphia en tiras

- Enrollamos en plástico nuestro makisu (tapete para hacer sushi) y ponemos nuestra alga sobre el, la parte opaca del alga va hacia arriba

- A nuestro arroz le agregamos el vinagre al gusto y ajonjolí y lo colocamos sobre nuestra alga, agregamos zanahoria, pepino, mango y queso y enrollamos, debemos asegurarnos de apretar bien nuestro rollo para que no se abra

- Decoramos con nuestro mango rallado y servimos, se puede acompañar con salsa soja


- Si deseas que el arroz quedé por fuera, después de colocar el arroz en el alga dale la vuelta y coloca los demás ingredientes sobre el alga (no sobre el arroz)
