  10. La mezcla que ya fue colada se retira y se coloca en otro recipiente, así sucesivamennte hasta colar todo
  11. Es momento de ponerlo a fuego medio, incorporando canela, el azúcar y la leche.
  12. Mover siempre, hasta que empiece a espesar, hasta que quede esta consistencia y apagar el fuego
  13. Se tiene que colocar en un recipiente luego de que se retiro del fuego y colocar azúcar colorada encima,
  14. Depositar al refrigerador por media hora (opcional)
