- Para nuestro bizcocho batimos las 8 yemas con ayuda de una batidora con el azúcar glass y cuando estas elevan agregamos de poco en poco la harina número 1, la pizca de sal y reservamos la mezcla


- En otro bowl haremos un merengue francés, levantamos un poco las claras con ayuda de una batidora e iremos agregando de poco en poco el azúcar blanca, sabremos que ya esta cuando los picos que se forman, quedan firmes


- Cuando ambos merengues estén listos, agregamos un poco del de las yemas a el merengue francés y alternamos con la harina número 1 es decir agregamos la mezcla y mezclamos de forma envolvente,
posteriormente agregamos la harina cernina y mezclamos de forma envolvente y así hasta que hayamos acabado de agregar la mezcla y la harina y listo


- Colocamos papel encerado en nuestra charola y vertemos toda nuestra mezcla en ella, y emoarejamos la mezcla, horneamos a 180 por 12 o 15 min

- Alistamos un trapo húmedo por que ahí colocaremos nuestro bizcocho y una vez salido nuestro bizcocho del horno lo colocamos o desmoldamos encima del trapo húmedo, agregamos nuestra crema de limón y comenzaremos a enrollar con ayuda de nuestro trapo



- Nuestro último paso será decorar con azúcar glass y listo
