- Ponchamos y porcionamos de tal manera que cada pieza quede del mismo tamaño y peso, posteriormente boleamos (las hacemos bolita) y las dejamos reposar hasta que doblen su tamaño

- En una cacerola o cualquier otro recipiente de aluminio, ponemos a fuego medio el aceite, cuando esté caliente metemos nuestras berlinesas a freír de ambos lados y bajamos un poco el fuego para que estas no se quemen pero si se cocinen bien
