  9. Hacemos un orificio en la parte de abajo de nuestros profiteroles y rellenamos con la crema pastelera
  10. Para terminar ponemos 200 gramos de azúcar en una sartén y dejamos que se haga caramelo
  11. Después con mucho cuidado agarramos cada uno de nuestros profiteroles y lo ponemos de una manera de que se vea como un pequeño con un llamado croquembouche
