- Ya que haya pasado el tiempo de mezclar la masa, debemos ver que quede firme y lo vamos agregando a nuestra manga pastelera.


- En una charola vamos agregando nuestras formas en roscadas. Y lo metemos al horno a 180°C o 200°C, dependiendo del calor de tu horno. Ya que estén hechos los dejamos enfriar.


- Ponemos nuestros ingredientes para la "crema pastelera". Y comenzamos poniendo la leche hasta que llegue al punto de ebullición.

- En un traste aparte ponemos nuestras yemas de huevo, agregamos nuestra maicena y 5 cucharadas de azúcar.


- Blanqueamos muy bien las yemas de huevo con los demás ingredientes y ahora lo que se hará será ponerlo a la misma temperatura que la leche. Ya que esté así lo vaciamos todo en el traste con flama baja.



- Después de menear la crema, lo vaciamos en otro traste para enfriar y le ponemos un plástico encima para que no le salga costra.

- Rellenamos con nuestra manga pastelera haciéndoles un hoyito en la parte de abajo.



- Para el caramelo, solo es poner azúcar a fuego alto y lo que salga lo vamos poniendo a nuestro formas de masa choux.


- Lo decoramos a nuestro gusto.

- ¡Listo! Obtenemos nuestros croquembouche.
