- Dejaremos reposar la masa hasta que doble su tamaño, la pinchamos y porcionamos de 40 gr.



- Comenzamos a bolear cada una de nuestras porciones y dejamos reposar hasta que doblen su tamaño



- Una vez que hayan leudado las comenzaremos a freír hasta que veamos que quedan con un color café por todos sus lados (No olvides quitar el excedente de grasa).



- Para rellenarlas, pondremos nuestra mermelada en una manga pastelera y con la ayuda de esta misma haremos una insicion en nuestra verlinesas y depositaremos el relleno


- Por último espolvoreamos el azúcar glass o si lo prefieres puedes poner chocolate derretido, solo deja volar tu imaginación.
