    En una ollita poner la crema, calentarla hasta que llegue al punto de ebullición, agregar el chocolate, mover y retirar del fuego

  15. Cortar en dos cada bizcocho
  16. Poner en el plato o base en la que se se vaya a trabajar
  17. Decorar con el ganache líquido, tratando de hacer la técnica de drip (gotas)
  18. Hidratar el bizcocho con el jarabe simple natural (capa por capa)
  19. Ahora se pondrá un capa de bizcocho, se hidratara y seguido poner un poco de crema de chocolate (hacer este paso capa por capa)
  20. Tapar todo el bizcocho con la crema de chocolate
  21. Decorar y listo
