Ponemos a la estufa un sartén amplio y con un poquito de aceite esperamos a que se caliente y agregamos el huevo y sobre esté el queso, lo tapamos y esperamos a que se cueza y bajamos el fuego. Esperamos por 2 minutos y apagamos.
