  5. Agregar las yemas de huevo y mezclar.
  6. Engrasar un molde plano con mantequilla y agregar la mezcla. Tapar con film y refrigerar por 3 horas para que solidifique.
  7. Desmoldar la masa y cortar en cuadrados o rectángulos del tamaño deseado.
  8. Empanizar pasando cada rectángulo de masa por harina, huevo y como último por pan molido.
  9. En un recipiente mezclar el azúcar con la canela y reservar.
  10. Freír los rectángulos de masa empanizados en aceite caliente y colocar sobre papel absorbente.
  11. Pasar uno por uno sobre la mezcla de azúcar hasta que se impregne por todos lados. Servir solo o acompañado de fruta.
