  3. Tomar 1/4 de taza de semillas de girasol y tostarlas en una sartén
  4. En una sartén caliente poner 3 cucharadas de aceite de semilla de girasol, y luego la cebolla y la zanahoria, ir mezclando con una cuchara, una vez que este medio blandita la zanahoria agregar también la calabaza y final el resto de las verduras (seguir meneando)
    Colocar sobre estas verduras el ajo molido, la pimienta y la salsa soya.
    Revolver todo hasta que quede bien incorporado
  5. Una vez que todas las verduras ya se vean uniformes hay que colocar en esta misma sartén el arroz integral la cocido e igual mezclar para que se mezcle todo.
    Al final se agregarán las semilllas de girasol, previamente tostadas y vuelves a mezclar una última vez
  6. Al momento de servir (yo lo coloque en un tazón, aplaste un poco y luego lo voltee sobre el plato para que quedara con esta forma
    Para completar, agregué salsa de anguila y un poco de ajonjolí
