  6. Para el jarabe, calentamos agua en una olla, agregamos la canela y el azúcar. Dejar hervir hasta que el almíbar se espese, reservar para que enfríe.
  7. Para la ganache, en un colado calentar calentar la crema para batir y agregar el chocolate troceado. Remover para que se incorporen y reservar.
  8. Montar la crema de chocolate.
    Batir el ganache y reservar ambas mezclas.
  9. Cuando el bizcocho salga del horno y esté frío, pasar a una base giratoria. Con cuchillo sierra retirar la parte de arriba para conseguir que esté parejo. Posteriormente cortar en dos partes.
