Preparamos nuestro sobre de gelatina y le agregamos la grenetina hidratada
- Rodeamos nuestro pastel con acetato para encapsularlo y en la base ponemos un poco de buttercream para que actúe como pegamento y este impida que se riego la gelatina y comenzamos a verter la gelatina con mucho cuidado lo hacemos por capas de 3 cm aproximadamente y refrigeramos y así hasta llegar a la altura deseada del encapsulado
