- Glaseado espejo
- 150 gr chocolate blanco
- 150 gr azúcar
- 120 gr leche condensada
- 120 ml agua
- 10 gr grenetina
Instructions to make to make "Dangerous" cake
- Para el bizcocho de chocolate acremar la mantequilla con azúcar hasta que este suave y cremosa



- Agregar huevo por huevo hasta que esté bien integrado


- Agregar los polvos poco a poco e integrar bien



- Vaciar al molde y hornear a 180°C por 40 minutos

- Para el bizcocho de vainilla acremar la mantequilla con el azúcar



- Agregar los huevos 1x1 y mezclar bien


- Agregar los polvos, la leche y la vainilla y hornear a 180°C por 40 minutos en un molde del mismo tamaño del bizcocho anterior



- Para el cheesecake acremar el queso con el azúcar hasta que este suave



- Agregar los huevos uno por uno y la vainilla


- Agregar la crema, vaciar la mezcla a un molde y hornear a 180°C por 1 hora a baño María

- En un cazo agregar el agua, la frambuesa y el azúcar, después agregar el limón con la maizena y dejar que espese



- Para el ganash calentar la crema y agregar el chocolate, revolver bien y cuando este frío batir hasta que espongue un poco


- Cortar los bizcocho a al mitad, humectar el bizcocho con jarabe y colocar un poco de ganach



- Colocar el cheesecake, después mermelada y una parte del bizcocho de vainilla



- Recubrir todo con el ganash y dejar en el refri por todo un día o mínimo 1 noche


- Para el glaseado primero hidratar la grenetina con 35 ml de los 120 ml del agua


- En un cazo agregar el azúcar, el resto del agua y la leche, cuando empiece a hervir agregar la grenetina


- Agregar el chocolate, licuar, pasar por un colador y dejar reposar


- Agregar colorante blanco para neutralizar y después pintar del color que queramos


- Agregar el glaseado en un bote intercalando los colores para formar un efecto marmoleado, después agregar al pastel, decorar al gusto y refrigerar
